Our History
Alley Homes, LLC was founded by Eric Morrison in 2022 in Boise, Idaho, initially with the aim of alleviating the local housing crisis through the creation of accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
With a multifaceted background in construction, marketing, and operations, Eric brought the concept of a full-service home expansion business to Boise Entrepreneur Week. He won first place in the Hacking for Homebuilding pitch competition hosted by BSU’s Venture College.
